Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing Meta Ads for service-based businesses.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel as a power user.
- Proven ability to manage 15+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Business Manager and ad structures.
- Solid graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable availability during U.S. business hours.
Responsibilities
- Build, audit, and maintain GHL accounts including pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop and troubleshoot end-to-end automation systems for client lead management.
- Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns across 15+ accounts simultaneously.
- Monitor campaigns daily for performance, budget pacing, and audience fatigue.
- Design high-quality static ad creatives and variations for A/B testing.
- Organize and maintain a structured asset library.
- Provide campaign data, insights, and updates to Account Managers.
- Create and document SOPs for workflows and campaigns.
