Requirements
- Detail-oriented with experience in CRM or lead-tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Comfortable with data entry, follow-up tracking, and KPI reporting.
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (Wired connection).
- i5 11th Gen or higher processor.
- Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or higher.
- Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
- Back-ups in case of power or internet provider interruptions.
- Good headset and webcam (preferably noise-canceling).
Responsibilities
- Manage and update CRM pipelines (e.g., Vintory), ensuring accurate lead tracking and status updates.
- Upload, organize, and maintain incoming lead data from permitting sites and other sources.
- Prepare weekly pipeline, lead activity, and conversion reports for leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule discovery calls, meetings, and follow-up activities for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day business development operations.
