Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce support or virtual assistance.
  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WooCommerce, Etsy, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and spreadsheets.
  • Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Canva or basic content creation tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Stable internet connection and a remote-ready workstation.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, or support platforms.
  • Handle order concerns, tracking requests, returns, refunds, and general product inquiries.
  • Process and monitor orders through Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Update order statuses, tracking information, and customer records.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment teams or suppliers regarding shipping and delivery concerns.
  • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist with data entry, spreadsheets, and workflow tracking.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and content posting.
