- Proven experience with Shopify and dropshipping workflows
- Experience in social media management and Canva editing
- Strong proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Proficiency with ClickUp, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude for drafting
- Own a computer with at least 8GB RAM and i5/Ryzen 5 processor
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Dedicated quiet workspace
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 11am-7pm ET
Responsibilities
- Manage business travel research, booking, and itineraries
- Coordinate household tasks and Airbnb operations
- List, optimize, and maintain Shopify products and inventory
- Monitor store performance and dropshipping supplier coordination
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
- Edit content and repurpose media assets using Canva
- Maintain daily task lists and status tracking in ClickUp
- Support light bookkeeping and organize shared files in Google Drive
