- Understanding of privacy, consent and responsible data practices.
- Preferred platform knowledge: Shopify, Klaviyo, Google ecosystem, Akeneo, OneTrust.
Responsibilities
- Ensure platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics tools, GTM, product feeds and consent tools work reliably.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent repeat problems.
- Own tagging, tracking and attribution to ensure reporting can be trusted.
- Maintain high-quality customer and product data across all channels.
- Set clear rules and structure for tools such as GTM, cookies and consent management.
- Ensure privacy, security and compliance standards are met.
- Support the website’s technical foundations for a fast, reliable customer experience.
- Support content updates tied to product launches and marketing activity.
