Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
  • Hands-on experience with order management and fulfillment
  • Experience in customer service and ticket triage
  • Deep understanding of Shopify backend systems and troubleshooting
  • Proven ability to build and document SOPs
  • Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Shopify Flow or similar automation platforms
  • Experience with support platforms like Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Shopify store operations and customer experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage support tickets
  • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
  • Audit website for accuracy, broken links, and promotion consistency
  • Build and document SOPs for all operational workflows
  • Implement automations using Shopify Flow and other AI tools
  • Deliver weekly performance reports and track key metrics
  • Maintain compliance across ADA and privacy policies
