Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations
- Hands-on experience with order management and fulfillment
- Experience in customer service and ticket triage
- Deep understanding of Shopify backend systems and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to build and document SOPs
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
- Proficiency with Shopify Flow or similar automation platforms
- Experience with support platforms like Gorgias
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Shopify store operations and customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage support tickets
- Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
- Audit website for accuracy, broken links, and promotion consistency
- Build and document SOPs for all operational workflows
- Implement automations using Shopify Flow and other AI tools
- Deliver weekly performance reports and track key metrics
- Maintain compliance across ADA and privacy policies
