Requirements

  • Strong and demonstrable experience in a large-volume, tech-enabled operational team.
  • Technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems.
  • Hands-on experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled workflows.
  • Ability to define AI success metrics such as cycle time and risk reduction.
  • Advanced data analysis experience using BI tools.
  • Experience managing operational projects with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
  • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across ER&T and manage pilot-to-scale adoption.
  • Act as ER&T point of contact for technical tool stack (Zendesk, Kissflow, Docusign, Google Workspace).
  • Support new country expansions by mapping lifecycle events and handoffs.
  • Configure and maintain operational reporting dashboards, including queue health and automation impact.
  • Lead ER&T metrics reporting and develop action plans based on trends.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate operational needs into product improvements.
  • Ensure AI usage follows data classification and security guardrails.
