Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles within SaaS or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven experience managing self-serve B2C or low-ACV B2B SaaS funnels with measurable impact on activation, conversion, or retention metrics.
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing strategies including onboarding flows, winback campaigns, in-product messaging, and customer engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve funnel performance through experimentation, cohort analysis, retention modeling, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with experience creating landing pages, email campaigns, lifecycle messaging, and conversion-focused product communication.
  • Strong understanding of growth metrics, behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle optimization frameworks.
  • Ability to independently own and execute projects within fast-paced startup environments with minimal oversight.
  • Native or near-native English communication skills, particularly for customer-facing messaging and product marketing content.
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in rapidly evolving product environments where experimentation, iteration, and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the full customer funnel, including signup, activation, trial engagement, paid conversion, retention, and expansion initiatives.
  • Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across onboarding, in-product messaging, re-engagement campaigns, and customer retention programs.
  • Lead trial-to-paid conversion initiatives by improving onboarding experiences, upgrade journeys, pricing communication, and activation moments.
  • Develop and refine product positioning and messaging strategies that clearly communicate value propositions and strengthen market differentiation.
  • Manage and optimize landing pages, messaging frameworks, and conversion flows through continuous experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Conduct funnel analysis, cohort tracking, segmentation studies, and retention modeling to identify growth opportunities and improve lifecycle performance.
  • Write and oversee high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, onboarding flows, and in-product communication experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth stakeholders to align lifecycle initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Run growth experiments and A/B tests to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, and long-term retention metrics.
