Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or related SaaS roles with a strong focus on adoption and expansion.
- Proven experience influencing growth through pricing, positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
- Background in competitive B2B environments such as SaaS, fintech, payments, or similar industries where differentiation is critical.
- Strong understanding of multiple European markets and the ability to navigate regional differences in customer behavior and pricing.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Strong cross-functional influence skills, able to align Product, Sales, Finance, and regional teams without formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable strategies.
- High level of ownership and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Own product adoption strategy across markets and customer segments, focusing on new acquisition, expansion, retention, and overall usage growth.
- Shape pricing, packaging, and bundling strategies to reduce friction and create clear, compelling upgrade paths across the product ecosystem.
- Define positioning and value propositions tailored to different customer profiles, ensuring relevance across diverse European markets.
- Translate customer insights, win/loss data, and usage analytics into actionable go-to-market improvements.
- Partner with regional Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to adapt strategies to local market dynamics including competition, regulation, and pricing sensitivity.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes, messaging, enablement, rollout planning, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams to develop monetisation frameworks, segmentation models, and growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics across activation, adoption, expansion, and churn, iterating quickly based on data insights.
