Requirements
- Strong experience working in a large-volume/high-complexity tech-enabled operational team across diverse global regions.
- Technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems.
- Hands-on experience identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to define AI success metrics and evaluate outcomes.
- Advanced data analysis experience using data and BI tools.
- Proven capability to design and implement operational workflows.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and update complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
- Proactively identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, running discovery, testing, and rollout plans.
- Support new country expansions by mapping key lifecycle events and dependencies.
- Manage ER&T technical and automation requirements across the tool stack (e.g., Zendesk, Kissflow, Docusign).
- Configure and maintain operational reporting dashboards for queue health and automation impact.
- Lead ER&T metrics reporting and build action plans based on trends.
