Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to read, write, and debug production-quality code.
- Experience working with APIs, SDKs, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Familiarity with LLMs, inference, model evaluation, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work directly with developers and engineering leaders.
- Strong customer instincts for driving outcomes and managing ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new customers after contract close.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to define success plans and adoption goals.
- Help customers integrate OpenRouter into applications, workflows, and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot API, SDK, model selection, routing, latency, and deployment issues.
- Create implementation guides, reference architectures, and code examples.
- Recommend model, routing, fallback, and cost-optimization strategies.
- Analyze usage patterns to identify opportunities for increased adoption.
- Build technical relationships with customer developers and engineering leaders.
- Run technical working sessions and architecture discussions.
- Work with Product and Engineering to surface customer feedback and feature requests.
