- 2+ years of recent hands-on experience building LLM-based or AI-enabled systems in production
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience building production-quality backend services, APIs, and integrations
- Experience working with enterprise business systems such as ERP or planning platforms
- Understanding of operational monitoring, evaluation, and observability for AI systems
- Experience partnering directly with non-technical teams
- Familiarity with governance, security, and compliance considerations
Responsibilities
- Design and build the Finance-specific AI integration layer
- Build AI-enabled quality assurance and validation systems
- Develop AI systems that analyze operational and financial processes
- Build AI-powered intelligence capabilities for market and earnings monitoring
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to accelerate recurring Finance processes
- Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for Finance AI adoption
- Train Finance SMEs on AI evaluation and workflow management
