Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with MCP (configuring/authoring servers, writing skills, agentic frameworks).
- Strong SaaS API integration experience: REST, webhooks, OAuth.
- Understanding of ABAC, access control, and governance principles for AI/LLM deployments.
- Expertise working directly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of driving tool adoption or change management.
- Ability to write and maintain integration code (Python or similar).
- 7+ years of experience in systems integration, developer enablement, or internal tooling.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for department champions to identify automation needs.
- Build and configure MCP servers and write skills for AI agents.
- Compose and deploy tool bundles scoped to team requirements.
- Implement access control and governance for AI/LLM deployments.
- Create documentation, reference examples, and enablement materials.
- Partner with Security and Compliance on risk assessments and data handling.
- Drive continuous feedback loops to iterate on AI adoption.
