Requirements
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience configuring JSON/YAML logic.
- Experience working with APIs, CSVs, and structuring product data (PIM/DAM).
- Familiarity with CGI and 3D pipelines.
- Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with Creative Directors and executives.
- Ability to iterate and prototype in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Ingest and configure client 3D models and marketing assets into the Grip ecosystem.
- Define and codify the logic dictating content adaptation.
- Build workflows combining 3D renders, 2D layers, and AI-generated elements.
- Translate visual identity/style guides into algorithmic rules.
- Work with client Marketing Ops and Creative Directors to restructure data.
- Prototype fixes and provide feedback to the Core Engineering team.
- Document logic patterns and tooling created during deployments.
- Formalize best practices to accelerate future platform deployments.
