Requirements
- Demonstrable history of building projects
- Prompt and context engineering experience
- Full-stack development proficiency with strong Python backend skills
- Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or DeepAgents
- Knowledge of model-provider SDKs (Claude SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK)
- Familiarity with agent search patterns, vector RAG, and vectorless RAG
- Exposure to AI evals, observability, or training loops
- Awareness of AI security concerns and willingness to learn
- Process orchestration and workflow automation experience
Responsibilities
- Build and ship agentic workflows on the Titan platform to solve specific banking use cases
- Configure agents, write integrations, design evals, and wire up production observability
- Partner directly with clients to gather requirements, demo progress, and absorb feedback
- Iterate fast through hypothesis, prototyping, and refinement
- Capture build patterns back into the platform
- Rapidly learn the banking domain including risk, controls, lending, and regulation
