Requirements
- Have 4+ years of professional software development, AI systems design, or data/solutions engineering experience.
- Bring Rust experience, strongly preferred, or strong JavaScript and Python skills.
- Have solid SQL capabilities and comfort with systems integration.
- Have experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade applications.
- Have experience unifying data pipelines, AI/ML features, and user-facing frontend interfaces.
- Have hands-on experience integrating commercial AI APIs, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini, into enterprise systems.
- Be located in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable, compliant workflows aligned with customer infrastructure and engineering practices.
- Program, configure, and extend platform components to route tasks across rules, AI models, people, and third-party APIs.
- Deploy integrated solutions spanning data pipelines, LLM interfaces, operator portals, and system event logging.
- Develop AI-powered automation sequences with human-in-the-loop gates where risk or complexity requires them.
- Work with customer teams, from operational specialists to executives, to understand systems and support adoption.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists, Product, and Sales from pre-sales scoping through production.
- Package customer implementations into reusable accelerators, frameworks, and deployment patterns.
