Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience
- Proven solo account delivery experience from kickoff through close
- Hands-on depth in LLM application development, cloud-native architecture (AWS), or backend systems
- Demonstrated ability to make independent technical decisions
- Strong communication skills with technical and executive stakeholders
- High tolerance for ambiguity
- Experience building production AI systems (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) preferred
- Familiarity with SOW-based delivery and scope management
- AWS certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the full client relationship on your account from discovery through close
- Make architecture and build decisions appropriate to the client's environment and constraints
- Run discovery, architecture reviews, and stakeholder interviews independently
- Translate ambiguous problems into scoped, deliverable work
- Identify scope creep and manage it
- Identify and surface expansion opportunities
- Transfer capability through documentation and maintainable software
- Contribute IP back to the practice
