Responsibilities
- Build and automate account management processes to improve communication flows and track performance.
- Monitor industry trends and translate market feedback into actionable product direction.
- Ensure high standards of creator representation, including content quality and chatting standards.
- Increase effectiveness of creator-driven promotion and oversee weekly promotion delivery checks.
- Coordinate cross-functional processes for the development of the Creator Cabinet initiative.
- Integrate internal tools into creator workflows as primary production tools.
- Unify creator analytics across reports and internal tools into a centralized performance system.
- Monitor and improve creator payout operations.
