Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming industry
  • Understanding of platform operations, casino/sportsbook workflows and client communication processes
  • Experience coordinating with multiple internal teams and handling operational client requests
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Russian language is required

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with assigned platform clients
  • Track and coordinate ongoing client requests, issues and follow-ups
  • Work closely with Support, Product, Payments and Providers teams
  • Monitor task statuses and ensure timely client updates
  • Assist clients with platform-related operational questions
  • Participate in regular syncs and operational meetings with clients
  • Escalate critical issues when necessary
  • Support client retention and long-term relationships
  • Identify operational improvement and growth opportunities
  • Maintain clear visibility of client-related operational activities after launch
