Requirements
- 4+ years of second-line management experience leading PreSales or Solutions Engineering teams.
- Expertise in Corporate and/or Enterprise B2B SaaS or platform environments.
- Demonstrated track record of driving AI adoption across a PreSales or Sales organization.
- Experience building and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform strategy.
- Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and mentoring technical GTM teams.
- Ability to lead a second-line organization and promote from within.
- Experience synthesizing information to set strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop four SE Managers and their teams of 30+ Solutions Engineers.
- Translate PreSales functional objectives into clear operational plans.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies to improve technical win rates, pipeline velocity, and deal quality.
- Define and evolve the SE playbook for the Corporate segment.
- Champion AI fluency and embed AI tools into team workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
- Leverage data, KPIs, and metrics to optimize team structure and capacity.
- Hire and develop high-caliber talent with a focus on succession planning.
