Requirements

  • Active clinical licensure preferred (RN, LPN, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in senior living, post-acute, or long-term care (AL, MC, SNF, or LTC)
  • Experience with state survey, regulatory compliance, and clinical documentation
  • Strong familiarity with fall management, change-of-condition workflows, and resident acuity assessment
  • Excellent written communication for policy and playbook authoring
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-clinical teams
  • DON, ADON, or clinical leadership experience in senior living/LTC (preferred)
  • Experience authoring policies/procedures for multi-site operators (preferred)
  • Experience supporting or partnering with a SaaS or healthcare technology vendor (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and modern collaboration tools (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Chart and data review across US client communities to identify impact stories, near-miss catches, and clinically meaningful trends
  • Pre-call clinical preparation for CSMs including pulling resident-level examples and framing narratives
  • Development and maintenance of Teton's regulatory playbook library
  • Authoring policy and procedure templates for fall management, change-of-condition, and QA processes
  • Clinical content review across CS-facing training decks, FAQs, and guides
  • Partnership with Product on clinical workflows, edge cases, and feature design
  • Occasional client-facing presence for high-stakes calls and regulatory questions
  • Supporting sales calls as the clinical expert
  • Tracking senior living regulatory trends and translating them into actionable guidance
