Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of practical experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical sales, business development, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, customer engagement, and technical solution design.
- Experience presenting technical products, SaaS solutions, software platforms, or business systems to clients or stakeholders.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM platforms, presentation tools, and virtual collaboration systems.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused thinking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training sessions on sales engineering, solution selling, and customer-focused technology consulting.
- Teach students how to identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical or business solutions.
- Guide students on technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposal development, and solution-based selling strategies.
- Share practical experiences, case studies, and real-world sales engineering project insights with students.
- Teach students how to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Train students on customer discovery, requirements gathering, solution mapping, and relationship management.
- Develop instructional materials, presentations, practical assignments, and hands-on sales simulation exercises.
- Facilitate workshops, mock presentations, role plays, and interactive learning sessions.
- Mentor students on communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling techniques.
- Stay updated on sales technologies, solution engineering trends, SaaS products, and customer engagement strategies.
