Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in candidate negotiation.
- Experience managing recruiting processes to support successful offers.
- Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to advise on market trends and candidate profiles.
- Conduct talent market research for hiring strategies and compensation benchmarking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
- Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives and university partnerships.
- Drive process improvements to enhance candidate engagement and efficiency.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador.
