Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • In-house recruiting experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in candidate negotiation.
  • Experience managing recruiting processes to support successful offers.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of requisitions.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for business, operations, design & engineering teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to advise on market trends and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct talent market research for hiring strategies and compensation benchmarking.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines via LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.
  • Support intern and graduate hiring initiatives and university partnerships.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance candidate engagement and efficiency.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics and act as a brand ambassador.
