Requirements
- 2–5 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
- Experience with CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling.
- Solid understanding of subscription pricing models.
- Understanding of SaaS contracting terms.
- Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals.
- Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms for policy compliance.
- Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ.
- Facilitate deal reviews by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing support and training to Sales and CS teams on quoting processes.
