Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with CPQ applications (Nue.io, Salesforce CPQ, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for deal modeling.
  • Solid understanding of subscription pricing models.
  • Understanding of SaaS contracting terms.
  • Knowledge of basic revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Executives on deal structures, pricing logic, and approvals.
  • Review and approve non-standard quotes and order forms for policy compliance.
  • Act as the day-to-day administrator for Nue.io CPQ.
  • Facilitate deal reviews by coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Product stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to Sales and CS teams on quoting processes.
