- Strong analytical foundation to build and interpret own data.
- Experience managing $1M+ paid media budgets.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day global paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and content syndication.
- Set channel strategy by segment, geography, and funnel stage.
- Manage significant paid media budget with accountability for ROI and pipeline.
- Design repeatable operating processes and campaign scaffolding.
- Build automation layers to reduce manual work in bidding and reporting.
- Use AI tools for copy generation, hypothesis development, and performance analysis.
- Build and manage paid programs tied to specific pipeline targets.
- Coordinate with field marketing and SDRs to align paid plays with account motion.
