Requirements
- Deep expertise across soft goods (apparel, textiles, home/nursery)
- Experience managing overseas factory relationships with real accountability
- Skilled at leading costing negotiations independently
- Fluent across creative and commercial teams
- Experience with AI tools
- Experience with juvenile products or CPSC compliance requirements (Bonus)
- Experience in a DTC or owned brands environment (Bonus)
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle across apparel, textiles, nursery, and storage & organization from concept sign-off through bulk delivery
- Anticipate portfolio risks and close gaps before they require escalation
- Build the workflows and documentation that make multi-category production scalable
- Own and deepen partnerships across soft goods manufacturers, textile mills, and nursery suppliers
- Develop deep knowledge of each factory's capabilities
- Lead vendor negotiations and costing analysis
- Translate production knowledge into recommendations on ordering, replenishment, and inventory management
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met
