Requirements
- 7+ years of related professional experience directly executing and managing paid search programs
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platform mastery
- Expert understanding of sound account and campaign architecture, optimization levers, and smart bidding
- Experience directly managing large budgets, i.e. $1M+ per month
- Experience working with cross-functional partners including Finance and Analytics
- Experience working with Google Smart Bidding, specifically tROAS
Responsibilities
- Achieve patient marketing objectives through data-driven, highly automated execution and scale of the paid search program.
- Exceed patient starts targets within a required LTV ROI.
- Apply AI-first, data-driven optimizations to maximize headroom of the program.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including Analytics and Finance.
- Diagnose problems, triage, and communicate required actions or outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
