Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services
- 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually
- Experience with brands importing from China
- Proven experience in project or account management
- Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives
- Strong independent and team management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional writing, phone, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Drive brand growth by assessing the full GMV potential of each brand and building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models.
- Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps and inspire teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute strategy.
- Own account health by monitoring daily performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales.
- Forge strong relationships with business leaders at all levels and lead brand communications.
- Manage feedback and deliver projects with precision.
- Deliver insightful brand reporting with actionable recommendations and lead calls.
- Complete weekly business reviews to identify gaps and ensure results.
