- Strong analytical and business skills.

Responsibilities
- Communicate, and oversee the implementation of strategies for achieving financial goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Remote Sales Account Managers.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to drive customer satisfaction, territory compliance/profitability, and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead business initiatives.
- Prepare performance reports and present results to senior leadership.
- Conduct presentations of technical information.
- Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
