Responsibilities

  • Communicate, and oversee the implementation of strategies for achieving financial goals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a team of Remote Sales Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to drive customer satisfaction, territory compliance/profitability, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead business initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and present results to senior leadership.
  • Conduct presentations of technical information.
  • Address disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
