Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive renewals and expansion to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities for SaaS and services.
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and design tailored solutions.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure compliance.
