Requirements
- 10+ years experience with the Tricentis Suite
- 10+ years experience in project management, program delivery, or enterprise‑level technology leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent
- Extensive, hands‑on expertise with the Tricentis suite (Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, Data Integrity)
- Demonstrated experience with AI‑enabled testing tools and methodologies
- Strong experience with vendor contract negotiations, license management, renewals, and budgeting
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction and execution of enterprise‑wide initiatives centered around the powerful Tricentis testing platform
- Own and elevate our vendor relationships—negotiating contracts, managing licenses, steering renewals, and ensuring we maximize the value of our investment
- Champion of the full Tricentis suite, including Tosca, qTest, LiveCompare, NeoLoad, and Data Integrity
- Guide the organization into the future of AI‑enabled testing, shaping strategy and identifying innovative opportunities
- Collaborate deeply with engineering, QA, architecture, procurement, and product partners
- Define and communicate KPIs and ROI metrics that demonstrate the platform’s impact
