Requirements

  • 2-4 years of inside sales, sales development, or business development experience
  • Strong outbound sales focus
  • Proven track record of hitting activity targets
  • Experience contributing to pipeline growth
  • Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage high-volume contact lists
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential contacts such as property managers, facilities directors, and insurance professionals
  • Execute structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify prospects and route to appropriate BDM or franchise location
  • Maintain accurate contact records, activity logs, and pipeline data in HubSpot
  • Track and report on weekly outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Manage active cadences across multiple markets simultaneously
  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event outreach
  • Support BDMs with account research, follow-up sequencing, and CRM accuracy
  • Participate in regular team syncs
