- Qualify prospects and route to appropriate BDM or franchise location
- Maintain accurate contact records, activity logs, and pipeline data in HubSpot
- Track and report on weekly outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Manage active cadences across multiple markets simultaneously
- Coordinate pre-event and post-event outreach
