Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Sales/Service Cloud.
  • Ability to translate high-level B2B growth goals into operational workflows.
  • Experience navigating needs across Commercial, Finance, and IT teams.
  • Expertise in CRM architecture and data flow.
  • High proficiency in data manipulation and trend analysis.
  • Experience managing complex projects and change management across a remote workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Implement mechanisms for improved lead-to-close velocity and pipeline management.
  • Establish disciplined forecasting and provide visibility into revenue risks.
  • Define standardized sales stages and process governance.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance on annual planning and sales compensation.
  • Manage technical and process connections between Sales, Marketing, and Service teams.
  • Oversee the B2B sales technology roadmap and vendor management.
  • Manage the B2B CRM Administrator.
  • Lead change management programs and onboarding curriculum development.
