Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
- Strong experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Proven experience supporting quote-to-cash processes, pipeline management, and forecasting operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience building executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements and automation solutions
- Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue workflows, and operational best practices
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams
- Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize revenue-impacting workflows across the organization
- Improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen pipeline management rigor
- Drive operational efficiency across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Oversee CRM administration and sales process management within Salesforce
- Lead strategic operational initiatives aligned with company growth objectives
- Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards to support business decisions
- Establish and maintain process governance and operational best practices
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Identify and implement automation, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
