Responsibilities
- Drive business results by developing GTM plans and tracking success metrics.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance customer experience and optimize costs.
- Advocate for resourcing and provide updates to Sales & Ops leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Ops leaders to drive productivity and compliance standards.
- Own administration and optimization of GTM tools.
- Design and manage outbound dialer strategy and engagement cadence.
- Own monthly workforce and incentive planning process.
- Project manage initiatives to improve sales and operational efficiency.
