- Experience in capacity planning and workforce management processes
- Experience managing customer outreach and lead management strategies (dialer/CRM)
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to build trust across organizational functions
Responsibilities
- Develop GTM plans and track success metrics
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools
- Advocate for resourcing with Sales & Ops leaders
- Partner with Sales and Ops to drive accountability
- Administer and optimize GTM tech stack
- Design and manage outbound dialer strategy and engagement cadence
- Own monthly workforce and incentive planning
- Manage high-leverage process optimization initiatives
