Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep Salesforce ownership experience including object model design and data hygiene.
- Direct experience owning sales compensation administration, plan design, and dispute management.
- Proven ability to lead forecasting processes and drive CRM data discipline.
- Advanced Salesforce skills (reporting, dashboards, pipeline management, Flows).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Plat-Admn-201) strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of data flow into downstream systems (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
- Experience with spreadsheet modeling and BI platforms (Omni/Looker).
- High ownership orientation and strong cross-functional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Salesforce data layer, ensuring object model accuracy and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reporting and dashboards for Sales leadership and managers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales forecasting process, including pipeline reviews and coverage validation.
- Oversee end-to-end sales compensation administration, including plan design, tracking, and payout accuracy.
- Operate and improve the deal desk process for standard and non-standard pricing.
- Document and operationalize sales methodology to ensure consistent execution from prospecting to close.
- Collaborate with GTM systems and analytics teams to ensure data integrity and effective cross-functional reporting.
- Support sales leadership with bookings planning and performance reviews.
