Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related analytical role within a high-growth or B2B environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience working with sales analytics or BI tools
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate raw data into business insights
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to define, track, and analyze key business KPIs
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks
- Own Salesforce administration activities including reporting, data integrity, and system optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into sales performance trends
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve forecasting and planning
