Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in administrative support, preferably in insurance
- Understanding of group insurance business
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM
- Strong communication (written & oral) and proofreading skills
- High level of personal accountability and self-direction
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and administrative support for new sale quotes
- Interact with underwriting for package and group benefit quotations
- Create and develop sales proposals and presentation materials
- Coordinate implementation processes to improve client net promoter scores
- Manage prospect/broker inquiries and problem-solving
- Prepare and send application documentation
- Maintain and report on business data in Salesforce.com
- Conduct ad hoc analyses using enterprise tools
- Act as a liaison to internal and external teams
- Participate in project work for the market
