Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience in a similar role.
- Strong financial modeling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting and all financial statements.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets skills.
- Experience building operating expense actuals vs budget models.
- Experience with Planful or similar systems like Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or Vena.
- Experience using SQL-based systems for data analysis.
- Experience building and leveraging AI tools for forecasting and scenario modeling.
- Strong ability to create and deliver executive-level content.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Analyzing past and current financial data to develop accurate forecasts.
- Optimizing and implementing standard financial processes with an emphasis on operating expense management.
- Partnering with accounting on month-end close processes and variance analysis.
- Developing deep partner relationships to act as a subject matter expert on operating expenses.
- Providing financial support for weekly leadership meetings, board presentations, and QBRs.
- Identifying and implementing AI-driven tools to streamline FP&A processes.
