Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Deadline-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead monthly status meetings with project managers.
- Review and reconcile new projects, change orders, and budget adjustments.
- Set up new clients in accounting systems.
- Manage intercompany revenue/cost transactions.
- Assist with revenue recognition and ensure contract compliance.
- Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and budget comparisons.
- Manage client invoicing and monitor past due accounts.
- Review client accruals and business development opportunities.
- Assist with annual audit reconciliations and budget preparation.
