Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or a closely related analytical role.
- Direct FP&A experience at a public SaaS or software company.
- Direct ownership of meaningful parts of AOP and LRP cycles.
- Comfortable with public-company reporting cycles and earnings prep.
- Strong financial modeling skills (driver-based, three-statement models).
- AI-first mindset (fluent in ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
- Experience with FP&A planning tools (Adaptive/Workday).
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite).
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience with Data warehouse tools (Snowflake).
- Experience with BI/dashboarding tools (Tableau).
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Dayforce/Ceridian).
Responsibilities
- Own pieces of long-range planning, the Annual Operating Plan, and reforecasting.
- Build and maintain driver-based forecasting models tied directly to business drivers.
- Work fluently in modern FP&A planning tools to update forecasts and manage budgets.
- Build dashboards and management reporting for executive visibility.
- Drive performance reviews with business leaders to surface issues and adapt plans.
- Turn data into decisions by identifying trends and recommending actions.
- Support strategic and operating decisions with financial analysis (pricing, unit economics, ROI, investment trade-offs).
