You will thrive in a remote-first environment. Our passionate team of around 100 individuals, "Propellers," collaborates from across the USA. We value transparency and operate with high autonomy. Optional in-person retreats occur a few times per year. You'll also receive a monthly co-working stipend outside NYC. We foster a humble, motivated, and collaborative engineering culture. Engineering at Propel

Engineers here solve complex problems at the intersection of people, policy, and government systems. You will build consumer products used daily by millions. We tackle challenges like integrating with state partners and scaling backend systems. Our tech stack includes Vue, TypeScript, Capacitor for frontend, and Python, Flask, Postgres, Redis, AWS for backend. We leverage Kubernetes, Terraform, and Datadog for infrastructure. You'll explore AI tools to enhance productivity and product development.
