Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success supporting Enterprise or Strategic clients.
- Proven experience managing complex, end-to-end implementations and onboarding projects.
- Deep technical curiosity and ability to work with configurable products.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and guiding customers through new systems.
- Proficiency in using data, signals, and metrics for health monitoring.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity.
- Detail-oriented with strong operational and CRM hygiene practices.
- Self-starter capable of developing regional processes as a founding hire.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer journey for a defined book of upmarket APAC customers.
- Serve as both Implementation Specialist and CSM.
- Drive long-term adoption, customer health, and value realization.
- Define scope, align stakeholders, and manage milestones for onboarding projects.
- Provide technical product expertise to tailor configuration and workflows for customers.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive outcomes.
- Develop best practices and internal playbooks as the first regional CSM hire.
- Use data and metrics to assess adoption and mitigate customer risk.
