Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success supporting Enterprise or Strategic clients.
  • Proven experience managing complex, end-to-end implementations and onboarding projects.
  • Deep technical curiosity and ability to work with configurable products.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in change management and guiding customers through new systems.
  • Proficiency in using data, signals, and metrics for health monitoring.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong operational and CRM hygiene practices.
  • Self-starter capable of developing regional processes as a founding hire.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for a defined book of upmarket APAC customers.
  • Serve as both Implementation Specialist and CSM.
  • Drive long-term adoption, customer health, and value realization.
  • Define scope, align stakeholders, and manage milestones for onboarding projects.
  • Provide technical product expertise to tailor configuration and workflows for customers.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive outcomes.
  • Develop best practices and internal playbooks as the first regional CSM hire.
  • Use data and metrics to assess adoption and mitigate customer risk.
