Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practitioner-level experience with a Search & Merchandising platform.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals: search relevance, category management, faceting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS customer relationships.
- Executive stakeholder management and QBR delivery experience.
- Ability to translate technical platform capability into business value and commercial ROI.
- Ability to operate in a lean, autonomous environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with APAC enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Execute core CSM motions: success planning, QBRs, roadmap reviews, and value check-ins.
- Directly manage platform configurations, search tuning, and merchandising rules.
- Monitor pixel health and coordinate technical resolution.
- Develop A/B testing frameworks to quantify revenue impact.
- Partner with APAC Sales team for product demos and technical scoping.
- Contribute to team playbooks and best practice frameworks.
