Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on, practitioner-level experience with a Search & Merchandising platform.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals: search relevance, category management, faceting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing enterprise B2B SaaS customer relationships.
  • Executive stakeholder management and QBR delivery experience.
  • Ability to translate technical platform capability into business value and commercial ROI.
  • Ability to operate in a lean, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with APAC enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Execute core CSM motions: success planning, QBRs, roadmap reviews, and value check-ins.
  • Directly manage platform configurations, search tuning, and merchandising rules.
  • Monitor pixel health and coordinate technical resolution.
  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to quantify revenue impact.
  • Partner with APAC Sales team for product demos and technical scoping.
  • Contribute to team playbooks and best practice frameworks.
