Requirements
- 3–5 years of B2B customer success, account management, or customer-facing experience.
- Proven track record in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Direct experience in revenue retention, expansion targets, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience working with US-based companies and understanding US business culture.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and project management software.
- Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Stable professional history.
- Professional home office setup with 50+ Mbps internet and professional headset.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Maintain 90%+ gross revenue retention and 110%+ net revenue retention.
- Execute structured onboarding and create success plans for new clients.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and renewal negotiations.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify and resolve at-risk situations.
- Identify expansion opportunities and build business cases for service upgrades.
- Manage executive-level relationships and facilitate communication between clients and remote workers.
- Analyze usage data and generate reports to track KPIs and churn risks.
