Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B customer success, account management, or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Direct experience in revenue retention, expansion targets, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with US-based companies and understanding US business culture.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Proficiency in Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, and project management software.
  • Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Stable professional history.
  • Professional home office setup with 50+ Mbps internet and professional headset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
  • Maintain 90%+ gross revenue retention and 110%+ net revenue retention.
  • Execute structured onboarding and create success plans for new clients.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and renewal negotiations.
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify and resolve at-risk situations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and build business cases for service upgrades.
  • Manage executive-level relationships and facilitate communication between clients and remote workers.
  • Analyze usage data and generate reports to track KPIs and churn risks.
