Requirements

  • Customer Success or Account Management experience in Payroll and/or HR Tech.
  • Experience in complex B2B SaaS.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Crisp written communication skills.
  • Ability to diagnose risk early and run structured mitigation.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and products.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • AI fluency for prep, synthesis, and drafting.

Responsibilities

  • Run standard post-sales motion including proactive engagement and structured risk management.
  • Own book outcomes end-to-end and execute renewal-risk plans.
  • Drive adoption and meet engagement/QBR expectations.
  • Identify and progress commercial opportunities with Sales.
  • Maintain system of record hygiene in Vitally and Salesforce.
  • Manage dependencies across multiple products.
  • Use AI to draft communications and summarize meeting context.
