Requirements
- Customer Success or Account Management experience in Payroll and/or HR Tech.
- Experience in complex B2B SaaS.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Crisp written communication skills.
- Ability to diagnose risk early and run structured mitigation.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and products.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- AI fluency for prep, synthesis, and drafting.
Responsibilities
- Run standard post-sales motion including proactive engagement and structured risk management.
- Own book outcomes end-to-end and execute renewal-risk plans.
- Drive adoption and meet engagement/QBR expectations.
- Identify and progress commercial opportunities with Sales.
- Maintain system of record hygiene in Vitally and Salesforce.
- Manage dependencies across multiple products.
- Use AI to draft communications and summarize meeting context.
