Requirements
- CS/AM experience in Payroll and/or HR Tech in complex B2B SaaS
- Strong stakeholder management and crisp written communication
- Ability to diagnose risk early and run structured mitigation
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and products
- AI fluency for communication and synthesis
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Own book outcomes end-to-end inside guardrails
- Run renewal-risk plans when signals surface
- Proactive updates with consistent agendas and follow-ups
- Protect retention and drive adoption
- Identify and progress opportunities with Sales
- Document consistently in SFDC and Vitally
- Manage dependencies across products
- Visible contribution via customer-facing projects and informal mentoring
