Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles in B2B SaaS.
- Significant experience in recruitment or HR projects (agencies, ESN, etc.).
- Strong ability to structure onboarding and build long-term client paths (cadence, process, playbooks).
- Proficiency with usage data and client health KPIs (health score, engagement, risk signals).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Pilot customer onboarding using product-led self-serve resources.
- Structure launch sessions with clear use cases, success KPIs, and value milestones.
- Ensure activation and usage consistency within the first 30 to 60 days.
- Monitor client health, engagement levels, and risk signals throughout the lifecycle.
- Adjust Success Paths to maintain adoption and prevent disengagement.
- Translate product usage into concrete business outcomes for clients.
- Conduct regular Success Reviews to align delivered value with client priorities.
- Manage renewal processes and contribute to expansion opportunities.
- Provide structured client feedback to Product and Science teams.
